You know what's a good song?

The simplest song you've ever heard. The one with lyrics and a tune that gets you going. The ones that make you feel lighthearted, happy, quick, and easy. That cute song that you might not know the words to, but you get. It doesn't matter now short it is, as long as it is easy, happy, positive, and cute. That's why folk songs can be the best! Some can be the best thing. No complex concept, just really easy. Also oldies, broadway jingles, and disney. Lets go one by one:
The Oldies:These are great. Usually, they are cute and silly, but quite adorable. I'm not just talking 50's stuff. I'm talking about the 40's, 30's, 20's even. When music really started popping. When the sax was it! When originality was all there all the way.

Next, Broadway:That pretty much mixes in with The Oldies. It is quite the same because it seemed everybody was very showy and lively all together.

Finally, Disney: Both the original characters such as Mickey, to the crazy motion pictures of RobinHood and others like it. That movie in particular has a lot of wonderful little tunes. They're not abstract, they're not intense, they're not emotionally radical. Nothing really depends on them story wise. And sometimes that's okay. The songs just keep you feeling refreshed and relaxed. I think all songs that we enjoy should do that for us.

I see the emo image that is today, and I'm quite depressed watching it. No one needs that much sadness in there life. Lets listen to a more oblifting sound, and put life into our day with a sweet little jingle to whistle to. That's why I call these hymes, because when I think of a hyme, I think of a pretty little tune in my head that makes me happy. How about you?
